What you will do

• Partner with Data Scientists and Engineers to bring AI solutions to production.
• Design and implement end-to-end ML pipelines (data→model→deployment→monitoring) autonomously.
• Contribute to APIs, tools, and libraries used by AI team members, including Cloud & LLM Infrastructure.
• Own complex projects and lead technical initiatives from design to implementation (Senior/Principal).
• Shape AI Platform strategy and be a technical reference for Aily’s AI team (Principal).
• Lead cross-team design sessions, define, enforce, and maintain org-wide standards (Principal).

Requirements

• Solid AI/ML fundamentals and strong Python skills.
• Experience with APIs, Kubernetes, Docker, and Cloud platforms.
• Strong software engineering practices and deep AI/ML knowledge (Senior/Principal).
• Outstanding problem-solving skills and ability to lead and mentor junior team members (Senior/Principal).
• Mastery in modern AI/ML stack (AWS, FastAPI, Docker, K8s, Python, CI/CD, Airflow, Agentic coding, concurrency) (Principal).
• Applicants must already have the legal right to work in Spain.
