(Senior)Technical Animator (Gamedev): Supporting and innovating animation systems and activities for AAA games with an accent on handling mocap data, facial animation, and physics rigs. Focus on establishing and refining pipelines and developing tools for the animation team.

What you will do

• Learn existing AAA game animation systems and pipelines.
• Provide technical support for tools and engine to the animation team.
• Train animators on workflow and asset implementation into the game engine.
• Supervise the integration of animation assets into the game engine.
• Communicate with engine and animation programmers.
• Assist in the design, integration, and validation of animation assets.
• Work with physics systems for rigid/soft bodies, hair, and cloth.

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of related animation modules.
• Deep knowledge of human/creature anatomy.
• Good engine application and project development conceptualization.
• Ability to write technical documentation.
• Great communication skills.
• Basic English communication skills (spoken and written).
