What you will do

• Set out the animation artistic vision for the game & cinematic based on the creative direction.
• Communicate expectations of the artistic vision to the team in regards to quality and content.
• Supervise the work carried out by the team to ensure that quality objectives are met.
• Work in collaboration with the Lead Animator to define the scope and planning.
• Direct the actors during mocap sessions and guarantee the delivery of high-end cinematics in-game.
• Provide support and guidance to other project needs across the studio.

Requirements

• Extensive experiences as a Director in Movie or CG field, game engine experience is a plus
• Effective people leadership and management skills
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to express ideas
• Capacity to clearly communicate an artistic vision
• Attention to details and good artistic judgment
