Machine Learning Engineer (AI) — Waibee (Prague / Remote)

Waibee is an international product team building high-load digital solutions in AI and e-commerce. We develop next-gen products powered by machine learning, LLMs, and intelligent agent systems.

What you’ll do:
• Build and deploy ML models and backend services
• Work with LLMs, agent workflows, and RAG pipelines
• Integrate top providers (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, etc.)
• Collaborate on system architecture and performance optimization

What we expect:
• 3+ years of experience in ML/AI development
• Strong Python (FastAPI, asyncio, typing, pytest)
• Solid background in NLP/NLU/NLG, vector DBs, CI/CD, Docker
• Structured, proactive, and product-oriented mindset

We offer:
• Salary from €5000 gross
• Flexible remote or hybrid format
• 25 vacation days + paid sick leave

Language Requirements
Internal communication within the team is conducted in Russian, so a working proficiency in Russian is required for this role.

Due to legal and operational restrictions, we prioritize candidates eligible to work outside Russia and Belarus.
