What you will do

• Build, develop, and solution new AI Agents using a variety of AI agent frameworks and platforms.
• Design and maintain the end-to-end infrastructure for the "Agent Factory," focusing on scalability and modularity.
• Develop vendor-agnostic architecture patterns and implement "building block" standards for reusable AI assets.
• Define and implement monitoring and observability standards for all live AI agents.
• Technically implement the governance framework and security baselines, including "Global Kill Switch" capability and "Policy-as-Code" guardrails.
• Collaborate with IT Platform Engineering, Cybersecurity, and other IT teams to ensure seamless integration and support.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Platform Engineering, DevOps, or Cloud Infrastructure.
• Experience with agentic platforms such as N8N or Google Gemini Enterprise.
• Experience managing low-code/no-code platforms and AI tooling.
• Experience with API integrations, monitoring tools, and defining infrastructure requirements.
• Knowledge of Linux, Kubernetes (k8s), scripting, vector databases, RAG architectures, and LLM Evaluation frameworks.
• Generative and Agentic AI skills and mindset.
• Ability to work in a "Start-Up" environment within a larger enterprise.
• English: B2 required.
