What you will do

• Own strategic sourcing strategies and supplier relationships to support procurement needs.
• Lead sourcing activities, negotiations, and contract awards while managing stakeholder expectations.
• Act as a facilitator and build solid relationships with stakeholders and vendors.
• Independently complete procure-to-pay activities including processing requests, vendor enrollment, and invoice management.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, regulations, and legal/ethical considerations.
• Contribute to and drive continuous improvement, simplification, and automation of procurement processes.

Requirements

• 3+ years' experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain, ideally in a FinTech environment.
• University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills with expert knowledge of commercial markets and emerging technologies.
• Advanced understanding of IT Services and SaaS business models.
• Ability to make decisions, prioritize efficiently, take ownership, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong English communication skills.
