What you will do
- Champion the client experience and ensure shoot success through proactive support.
- Lead the customer support team and set customer service standards.
- Manage offshore and US-based support specialists, including coaching and performance.
- Resolve complex client issues and handle escalations to ensure 5-star experiences.
- Coordinate key production details and assist with onboarding new specialists.
- Write standard operating procedures and training material for support teams.
