What you will do

• Design and configure LAN switching, IP routing, and network security systems.
• Act as the primary technical contact for clients, providing support and resolving inquiries.
• Maintain multi-site network operations and conduct site surveys and audits.
• Collaborate with Solution Design and Delivery Teams to implement customer requirements.
• Troubleshoot network hardware and security system malfunctions to restore services.
• Develop and maintain detailed configuration documentation.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of hands-on experience as a Network Engineer.
• Deep knowledge of Cisco Switching, Routing, and the associated ecosystem.
• Proficiency in TCP/IP, Ethernet, OSPF, BGP, EIGRP, QoS, STP, HSRP/VRRP, and SD-WAN.
• Fluency in both Greek and English.
• Must be based in Athens, Greece.

Nice to have

• Cisco certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent.
• Experience using Network Management tools.
• Familiarity with international and national industry standards.
