TL;DR

Compensation & Benefits Consultant (HR Tech): Helping clients determine equitable and competitive benefits and salaries, developing and implementing salary survey data for rewards benchmarking with an accent on interpreting client needs and making recommendations on data usage, managing client engagements, and proactively maintaining data management systems. Focus on leading complex client calls, reviewing internal grading structures, executing custom client projects, and analyzing data to determine appropriate salary levels.

Location: Hybrid in Dubai, United Arab Emirates

What you will do

  • Lead client calls for complex accounts and provide support for reward and work measurement engagements.
  • Manage client engagements that require mapping client positions to hirify.global’s success profile library.
  • Develop and implement salary survey data for hirify.global’s market-leading rewards benchmarking database.
  • Serve as the main client contact for Gold or Platinum packages, leading job mapping sessions and product demos.
  • Proactively maintain and provide feedback for data management systems like Salesforce.
  • Research, gather, and analyze data to determine appropriate salary levels and identify sector improvements.

Requirements

  • Ability to handle confidential employee information.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with an elevated level of proficiency in Excel.
  • Strong time management and project management skills.
  • Experience in compensation and benefits administration related activities.
  • Experience in questionnaire design, data analysis, presentation writing, and delivery of client projects.
  • Experience working in a human resources environment with exposure to compensation and benefits.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (C1+ English required).
