What you will do

• Manage roadmap and delivery of TV integrations and propositions, leading complex workstreams.
• Support development of long-term product vision, strategy, priorities, and business cases.
• Own day-to-day strategic product decisions, prioritization, trade-offs, and scope definition.
• Collaborate across BT Consumer and the wider business for backlog delivery and stakeholder alignment.
• Champion customer experience, continually improving journeys and product performance.
• Manage commercial and partner execution, including financial planning and relationship management.

Requirements

• Significant product management experience (5+ years) with a strong record of delivering outcomes.
• Proven ability to lead in a complex matrix organization, simplifying highly technical problems.
• Strong stakeholder and partner management skills, including negotiating with external content partners.
• Ability to translate business requirements into clear functional specifications and manage CAPEX/OPEX.
• Excellent communication skills to engage across various teams and advocate for the customer.
• Passion for consumer technology, TV/streaming, and digital products.
