- Provide technical support for network connectivity and performance issues involving Cisco devices.
- Assist customers by troubleshooting basic incidents and ensuring clear, service-oriented communication.
- Monitor network status and escalate issues when necessary.

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure an excellent customer experience.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in technical support, help desk, NOC, or customer support roles.
- Strong knowledge of Cisco networking technologies (Wireless or LAN Switching).
- Understanding of general networking concepts and connectivity fundamentals.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills and customer orientation.
- English level B2 or higher required.
