What you will do

• Support, develop, and optimize purchase-to-pay (P2P) processes in NetSuite.
• Configure and improve procurement workflows to support business needs.
• Support and enhance P2P processes in NetSuite and procurement platforms.
• Collaborate with Finance, Procurement, and Operations teams to align processes.
• Provide user support and contribute to continuous process optimization.
• Participate in the setup, refinement, and improvement of procurement models and best practices.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of hands-on experience working with NetSuite.
• Practical experience with purchase-to-pay and procurement processes.
• Strong understanding of the connection between procurement, finance, and accounting.
• Experience working with procurement platforms (e.g., Zip or similar tools).
• English: B2 or higher required.

Nice to have

• Advanced procurement knowledge within NetSuite.
• Background in finance or procurement.
• Experience working in an international environment.
