What you will do

• Support daily monitoring of trade executions and order flows to ensure client trades are processed accurately and on time.
• Assist in monitoring algorithmic trading flows and evaluating daily operational risks.
• Support continuous monitoring of trading activities to identify potential market abuse and prepare data for regulatory compliance reporting.
• Assist in managing and expanding the offered investment universe across European and EMEA jurisdictions.
• Help with daily operational processes surrounding trading, including execution handling for equities, mutual funds, and ELTIFs.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product and Operations teams for new brokerage product launches and participate in team projects.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a similar field.
• Strong, demonstrable passion for financial markets, data analysis, trading, and the fintech ecosystem.
• Basic understanding of market structures, trade lifecycles, and different financial instruments.
• High attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude.
• Comfortable working with data and eager to learn about trading platforms, market data tools, and internal order management systems.
• English: B2 required; German is a strong plus. Availability: 15–20 hours per week (with flexibility around university exam schedules).

• Knowledge of mutual funds, ELTIFs, or algorithmic trading concepts.
