What you will do

• Assist in responding to RFP and DDQ requests for institutional clients.
• Coordinate responses by collaborating with subject matter experts across the company.
• Update and maintain investment consultant databases such as evestment.
• Develop and edit sales collateral for the institutional clients team.
• Maintain the internal Q&A database and associated tools.

Requirements

• Enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program with an excellent academic record.
• Initial working experience in financial services, ideally within Investment Management.
• Business fluency in both German and English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong data management abilities.
• Structured, detail-oriented mindset and ability to thrive in a deadline-driven environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with coding.
• Fluency in additional languages.
