Industry: Fintech. Company is a global leader in payment solution.

We’re looking for a strong Lead Java Backend Developer to drive the development of high-performance, mission-critical fintech solutions. This is a high-impact role combining deep technical expertise, architectural ownership, and team leadership.

🔹 Responsibilities:

• Design and build high-volume, low-latency, highly available systems
• Lead architecture and technical decision-making
• Write clean, scalable, testable code
• Mentor engineers and conduct architectural/code reviews
• Own the full SDLC - from requirements to deployment
• Work with AWS to build and deploy cloud-native solutions
• Design and maintain relational (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL databases
• Promote engineering excellence and DevOps best practices

🔹 Requirements:

✔ Strong experience with Java/JEE
✔ Deep understanding of JVM internals (memory management, multithreading, transactions)
✔ Advanced knowledge of Spring Framework & Spring Boot
✔ Proven experience in the Fintech domain (required)
✔ Hands-on experience with AWS
✔ Solid experience with relational and NoSQL databases
✔ Strong understanding of OOA and Design Patterns
✔ BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
✔English from B2+

• TDD experience
• Agile methodologies
• Knowledge of security best practices
