What you will do

• Lead the backend development team (3 people) or act as a senior developer.
• Develop and maintain APIs using Java (Spring Boot) for financial system integrations.
• Implement rules-based logic for portfolio transition analysis and handle financial data ingestion.
• Design and manage secure, cloud-hosted solutions on AWS with SaaS architecture.
• Drive cloud and DevOps best practices for scalability and disaster recovery.
• Collaborate with front-end developers and integrate services using Mulesoft.

Requirements

• Proven experience with Java and Spring Boot backend development.
• Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services in a production environment.
• Familiarity with Mulesoft or similar integration platforms.
• Strong knowledge of API development and integration with complex financial systems.
• Background in financial services or asset management domain.
• Ability to lead or mentor a small development team.

Nice to have

• React and front-end technologies experience.
• Familiarity with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
• Knowledge of portfolio management concepts and tax impact analysis.
• Experience with rules-based logic development in financial applications.
