What you will do

• Own campaign spending decisions for assigned markets and optimize them to help country teams reach growth targets.
• Wrangle complex datasets to come up with testing hypotheses, set up A/B tests, and analyze results using statistical techniques.
• Proactively collaborate with Expansion Managers, Marketing, Operations, and local teams to drive investments.
• Identify valuable opportunities and contribute to the global campaigns team playbook, processes, and product requests.

Requirements

• BS in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management, or Statistics.
• At least 4 years of experience in an analytical role dealing with large volumes of data.
• Solid grasp of statistics and demonstrated experience with A/B testing.
• Amazing SQL, Excel, and Python skills.
• Experience with BI tools and data visualization like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
• Fluent in English.

Nice to have

• Experience in consulting, pricing/discount strategy, and/or on-demand.
• Experience with R.
