TL;DR

Senior Fullstack Engineer (Java/React): Building and optimizing software solutions across various projects for clients with an accent on championing software quality and technical vision. Focus on facilitating problem-solving, mentoring junior and mid-developers, and driving continuous career development.

Location: Hybrid model available in the UK and Europe, with work from home, clubhouse, or client sites.

What you will do

  • Work on software development projects using Java, SpringBoot, Node, React, Azure, and more.
  • Champion software quality and technical vision for AND and clients.
  • Champion TDD/BDD/XP Software development practices.
  • Facilitate problem-solving and work collaboratively within a team.
  • Mentor Junior and Mid Developers and assist with their career development plans.

Requirements

  • Experience working on software development projects using Java, SpringBoot, Node, React, and Azure.
  • Experience championing software quality and technical vision.
  • Experience with TDD/BDD/XP Software development.
  • Experience working in collaborative environments where ideas are valued.
  • Experience mentoring Junior and Mid Developers.
  • Ability to work within a blended model from home, clubhouses (UK and Europe), or client sites.
