Scrum Master (Fintech): Guiding Digital Working Capital teams to deliver seamless digital solutions for wholesale clients with an accent on impediment removal, strengthening team dynamics, and championing Scrum/Agile methodologies. Focus on ensuring team effectiveness and facilitating cross-border collaboration in a banking environment.

Location: Hybrid (Utrecht, Netherlands). Residency in the Netherlands is required.

Salary: EUR 4,931 – EUR 7,043 gross monthly for a 36-hour work week.

What you will do

• Act as a sparring partner for the Product Owner and other stakeholders.
• Handle delegated tasks from the Tech Lead, such as SLA management with external vendors.
• Proactively and independently remove technical and non-technical impediments.
• Be a sparring partner for developers, testers, and data analysts to improve team efficiency.
• Strengthen team dynamics and champion Scrum/Agile methodologies and rituals.
• Contribute to the in-house built Digital Working Capital platform for global solutions.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master or in a leadership position.
• Experience working in a complex or banking environment.
• Possess strong people skills and a high Emotional Quotient (EQ).
• Demonstrate a proactive, self-starting attitude with a strong sense of ownership.
• Have strong facilitation and presentation skills adaptable to various audiences.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (C1).
• Residency in the Netherlands is required.

• Familiarity with DevOps and working in distributed teams.
