What you will do

• Lead a team of experts in flexibility and data analysis with knowledge of short-term electricity markets and ancillary services.
• Maximize business opportunities from available flexibility by selecting suitable trading products and services.
• Structure and price flexibility products, including long-term investments in batteries and customer products.
• Manage the processes of connecting and managing flexibility resources and its IT architecture, including sub-aggregation.
• Manage the business relationship with ČEPS (Czech power grid operator).
• Coordinate the development of flexibility and its infrastructure across EEM and with other regions.

Requirements

• Experience leading a team and trading on short-term electricity markets.
• Knowledge of the Czech energy market and ancillary services, and their regulation.
• Experience with optimization (higher mathematics) and programming – higher education in a technical or economic field.
• Fluent communication in English, German is an advantage.
