What you will do

• Support the global intake lifecycle, ensuring a frictionless procurement experience for internal teams.
• Maintain best-in-class turnaround times as a key European anchor for the global support model.
• Architect and maintain automation workflows using tools like Zapier, N8N, and agentic AI.
• Manage procurement software tools, including ZIP, Vendr, Spendhound, and DocuSign.
• Lead high-impact negotiations for global SaaS and professional services contracts.
• Analyze spend data in NetSuite and Spendhound to identify cost-saving and consolidation opportunities.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in procurement or sourcing operations.
• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
• Hands-on experience with automation solutions like Zapier, N8N, or similar agentic AI tools.
• Experience negotiating contracts in a global environment.
• Ability to thrive in a service-oriented, generalist role across all spend categories.
• Interest in applying LLMs to solve complex back-office challenges.

Nice to have

• Proven experience with ZIP or similar intake-to-orchestration platforms.
