What you will do

• Manage the global intake lifecycle and procurement workflows to ensure a frictionless experience.
• Drive operational velocity and maintain best-in-class turnaround times.
• Architect and maintain automation workflows using tools like Zapier, N8N, and LLMs.
• Lead high-impact negotiations for global SaaS and professional services contracts.
• Collaborate with FP&A and business units to identify spend consolidation and strategic savings.
• Act as the European anchor for a global follow-the-sun support model.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in procurement or sourcing operations.
• Hands-on experience with automation solutions like Zapier or N8N.
• Interest in applying LLMs (Claude, Gemini) to complex back-office challenges.
• Experience negotiating SaaS and professional services contracts.
• Fluency in English with excellent communication skills.
• Must be based in or able to work from Central and Eastern Europe.

Nice to have

• Proven experience with ZIP or similar intake-to-orchestration platforms.
• Background in workflow engineering or data analysis.
