Location: Hybrid - preference to attend 1-2 days onsite at local office in Norway

What you will do

  • Analyse data to guide the team toward the most significant growth opportunities.
  • Lead demand generation activities by identifying opportunities and leveraging key local platforms for end-user communication.
  • Implement marketing programs, campaigns, and new product launches in alignment with local regulatory and legal requirements.
  • Support sales, clinical, and channel teams, including demand planning and coordination with compliance, regulatory, and legal functions.
  • Develop and lead the social media strategy in collaboration with the EMEA team across Nordic countries.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English; Norwegian is mandatory
  • Must be legally authorized to work in a country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).
  • Excellent collaboration, coordination, and communication skills
