What you will do

• Analyze data to identify growth opportunities for Dental Solutions.
• Lead demand generation activities and leverage local platforms for end-user communication.
• Implement and activate marketing programs, campaigns, and new product launches, ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Provide insights on local market dynamics, product performance, competitive intelligence, and trends.
• Define and manage the local marketing calendar, including events and promotional planning.
• Develop and lead the social media strategy across Nordic countries in collaboration with the EMEA team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Fluency in written and spoken English and Norwegian is mandatory.
• Excellent collaboration, coordination, and communication skills.
• Must be legally authorized to work in Norway or Denmark without sponsorship for employment visa status.
• Interest to develop a strong Marketing Leader (no previous job experience needed).
