What you will do

• Build and maintain automation tests, primarily using Python.
• Integrate test coverage into CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate with developers to improve testability and prevent regressions.
• Help define and evolve the QA strategy, focusing on risk-based testing and release confidence.
• Provide support for exploratory and manual testing as required.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of automation testing experience.
• Solid Python skills or a strong willingness to learn Python quickly.
• Familiarity with tools such as Selenium, Pytest, or Playwright.
• Experience with GitHub Actions or other CI tooling.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
• Native-level English (written and spoken).
• Located within CET ±2 hours.

Nice to have

• Payments/FinTech testing experience (webhooks, async flows, reconciliation).
• Experience building frameworks, test data strategy, and environment tooling.
