Compensation: Competitive fixed rate + milestone bonuses; equity options possible post-pilot.

Scope of Responsibility (Your Domain):
• Brand 0→1: Develop the brand platform (mission/positioning/tone), identity, art code, color/typography, grid, iconography, and guidelines.
• Product Design (Web+iOS/Android): Define the information architecture and key user flows (digital wardrobe, look suggestions, "what to wear today," service requests, stylist chat). Design all states (empty, error, skeletons) and micro-animations.
• Design System: Own the system in Figma: tokens, components, principles, accessibility basics (WCAG), and developer handoff. Theme our internal Retool portals to be on-brand.• Marketing & Comms: Design the website, email templates, presentations, and offline collateral. Co-author micro-copy with the Founder to define our tone of voice.
• Packaging & Print: Engineer the packaging structure (using premium materials), manage prepress (dielines, CMYK, varnishes, embossing), and oversee vendor selection.
• Photo/Video Art Direction: Create mood boards, define on/off-figure shooting styles, and establish retouching guides, ensuring IP rights and privacy.
• AI-UX: Design explainable AI recommendations ("Why this look?"), human-in-the-loop interfaces (stylist approval), and privacy-first user experiences (opt-ins for media processing, private previews).
• Premium Service Operations: Design all physical service elements: welcome kits, care cards, QR/label aesthetics, and other white-glove standard touchpoints.
• Vendor Management: Select and manage creative contractors (photo, video, retouching, 3D, printing), managing briefs, timelines, and budgets.
Requirements (Must-Haves):
• 6+ years in branding and product design, with demonstrable 0→1 experience (creating brands/products from scratch).
• A world-class portfolio with real PREMIUM/LUXURY cases (e.g., private banking/fintech, high-end lifestyle, hospitality) that show business metrics (conversion uplift, NPS, ARPU, etc.).
• Mastery of visual language: Strong typography and composition, an expert in using negative space, and a dedication to visual restraint (no noisy mass-market aesthetics).
• Deep Product-UX skills: Proven ability to design complex flows, states, and robust design systems in Figma (components, auto-layout, tokens).
• Digital + Print fluency: Expert in Figma and Adobe CC (AI/PS/ID), with a solid
understanding of prepress, materials, and post-printing processes.
• Exceptional Communication: Experience working directly with founders/investors, writing concise design notes, and defending your decisions.
• Ethics & Privacy: Meticulous approach to handling UHNWI personal data and image rights. No "cheap stock" mentality.
