What you will do

• Plan, produce, and manage broadcast production efforts for esports events, including live events and weekly shows.
• Oversee the full production process from pre-production (briefing, scheduling, asset preparation) through in-production (on-site operation, primary broadcast production) to post-production (evaluation, recommendations).
• Produce and implement assets to optimize content networks, integrating sponsor promotions, competitions, and e-commerce.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to integrate functions into the content network.
• Liaise with third-party agencies and suppliers, managing relationships and output.

Requirements

• Must be a resident of Japan.
• Experienced in project management within the game, esports, advertising, or event industries.
• Ability to create a comprehensive project scope, including strategy, schedule, budget, and detailed statement of work.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and team management skills.
• Fluent in Japanese.
