What you will do

• Collaborate with the Concept Art Team and Art Director to create industry-leading concepts.
• Specialize in Environment, Characters, Weapons, or Props design.
• Generate unique design ideas and ensure consistent art quality.
• Iterate quickly on ideas through sketches and thumbnails.
• Create concepts for day-to-day in-game art asset production.
• Mentor junior concept artists by providing regular review and feedback.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience.
• Worked on and shipped at least 1 AAA game title.
• High-quality portfolio of gamedev-relevant art.
• Excellent knowledge of 3D Software Packages and Photoshop.
• Good English communication and writing skills.
• Strong focus on character designs and deep understanding of human anatomy.
