What you will do

• Support project teams by coordinating tasks and tracking progress across workstreams.
• Assist in planning, monitoring, and following up on project activities.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure baseline criteria are met.
• Communicate with product delivery teams to support risk tracking and issue resolution.
• Contribute to communication between licensee organization and the hirify.global Live unit on technical service delivery topics.

Requirements

• Organized, motivated, and eager to learn in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Able to work both independently and as part of a team.

Nice to have

• Ongoing studies related to Project Management or a similar field.
• Basic understanding of client-server architecture.
• Familiarity with Atlassian tools such as Jira and Confluence.
