What you will do

• Handle online payment cases and prevent financial losses from fraudulent deposits.
• Check transactions and generate reports and analysis.
• Manage chargebacks, compromised accounts, and funds recovery.
• Communicate with internal and external parties regarding fraud concerns and verifications.
• Assist users with balances, account adjustments, and activity monitoring.
• Investigate various fraud patterns.

Requirements

• Fluent English required.
• Availability to work on flexible shifts.
• Previous experience in the Finance field.
• Knowledge of MS Office, Windows, and Internet applications.
• Excellent communication and multi-tasking skills.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
