TL;DR

Associate HR Business Partner: Managing and supporting global graduate programs and providing front-line HR support for Dublin-based employees with an accent on HR policy harmonization, legal compliance, and employee engagement. Focus on developing consistent global HR policies for graduate cohorts and enhancing performance and culture within the Dublin office.

Location: Hybrid role based in Dublin, Ireland, requiring three days in-office and two days remote work per week. International travel will also be required.

What you will do

  • Manage the administrative and support framework for global graduate programs.
  • Act as the dedicated HR point-of-contact for global graduate program participants, providing guidance and escalating issues.
  • Administer and support the development of consistent global HR policies and procedures for graduate cohorts.
  • Provide high-quality, front-facing HR support to Dublin-based employees and managers.
  • Actively contribute to enhancing the performance, culture, and engagement of the Dublin office.
  • Oversee efficient administration of HR policies, processes, and ensure legal compliance.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2-4 years of HR experience in a fast-paced, global matrix organization.
  • Proven ability to provide high-quality, front-line HR support and query resolution.
  • Strong business acumen and willingness to quickly learn local legislation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Must be based in Dublin, Ireland for hybrid work.

Nice to have

  • Demonstrated experience supporting rotational, graduate, or early-career talent programs.
  • Advanced capability in using Google Sheets, Slides, and Workday HRIS.
