What you will do
- Define and execute the consumer product vision and strategy.
- Drive new product launches, monetization opportunities, and market-disrupting features.
- Lead improvements in search, ranking, discovery, and SEO-driven organic growth.
- Optimize marketplace health, balancing commercial, consumer, and customer goals.
- Champion trust and quality systems, including fraud prevention and listing quality.
- Inspire innovation by leveraging AI/ML to enhance user experience.
- Build and scale a high-performing Product Management team.
Requirements
- 10+ years in Product Management with a strong consumer marketplace/e-commerce background.
- Proven success launching new consumer products and Go-to-Market strategies.
- Expertise in search/discovery systems and SEO growth.
- Strong analytical mindset using data to drive decisions and performance outcomes.
- Experience improving marketplace dynamics and user trust mechanisms.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Passion for AI-enabled consumer experiences.
