What you will do
- Coordinate and manage the end-to-end rollout of new product features for business verticals.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders including product managers and business teams to align on launch plans and timelines.
- Develop and maintain rollout checklists, timelines, and tracking mechanisms.
- Identify and resolve risks or blockers proactively to keep initiatives on track.
- Support clear communication and documentation around product rollout scope and status updates.
- Monitor rollout performance against defined KPIs and assist in post-launch reviews.
- Contribute to building and evolving best practices for scalable rollout processes.
Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in product management, program management, or operations.
- Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional product initiatives or launches in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to coordinate across diverse teams.
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and focus on execution.
- Experience with project management tools like Jira, Confluence, or Asana.
- Familiarity with data and metrics, comfortable with dashboards or performance reporting.
