What you will do

• Coordinate and manage the end-to-end rollout of new product features for business verticals.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders including product managers and business teams to align on launch plans and timelines.
• Develop and maintain rollout checklists, timelines, and tracking mechanisms.
• Identify and resolve risks or blockers proactively to keep initiatives on track.
• Support clear communication and documentation around product rollout scope and status updates.
• Monitor rollout performance against defined KPIs and assist in post-launch reviews.
• Contribute to building and evolving best practices for scalable rollout processes.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience in product management, program management, or operations.
• Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional product initiatives or launches in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to coordinate across diverse teams.
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and focus on execution.
• Experience with project management tools like Jira, Confluence, or Asana.
• Familiarity with data and metrics, comfortable with dashboards or performance reporting.
