Associate Principal

Associate Principal (Organizational Strategy): Delivers organizational strategy through operating model design, detailed organizational structure design, and developing effective governance processes for diverse clients and industries with an accent on aligning tangible and intangible elements for business transformation. Focus on facilitating discussions with leaders and managing project delivery to drive organizational change and build client relationships.

What you will do

• Scope and lead transformation interventions, leveraging expertise in organizational design, analytics, and change management.
• Manage engagement delivery, monitoring client satisfaction, project scope, and profitability.
• Facilitate workshops with leaders to balance stakeholder needs and prioritize decisions.
• Build relationships with senior executives in large organizations.
• Develop business and lead proposals by articulating a compelling vision for transformation.
• Enhance solutions' approach, tools, and skill set.

Requirements

• A relevant higher (Master’s or Doctorate) degree plus relevant work experience in a consultancy and/or a client HR/OD function.
• Alternatively, significant work experience in a top-tier professional services firm.
• Substantial experience solutioning and leading large-scale business transformation and strategy implementation interventions within/for complex, multinational organizations.
• Significant experience in change management and leading project teams.
• Significant business acumen and experience advising senior executives on business challenges.
• Strong analytical and project management skills.

Nice to have

• Experience and application of analytics in the context of large-scale business interventions.
• Fluency in PowerPoint and Excel. Experience of using organizational analytical tools (e.g. OrgVue, Dynaplan) is desired.
