What you will do

• Lead requirements gathering workshops by hosting stakeholder interviews.
• Document requirements, user flows, and basic success criteria.
• Help prototype AI solutions and gather user feedback.
• Support Squad leaders in understanding business needs and defining scope.
• Contribute to data projects by collaborating with internal consumers to deliver end-to-end data-related projects.
• Perform collaborative research and provide deliverables like research insights, data assets, and visualizations.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a university or college program in a relevant discipline (e.g., Data Science, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, IT).
• Proven experience in data analysis, project management, and/or business analysis.
• Basic understanding of LLMs, prompts, agents, and workflows.
• Familiarity with APIs, data sources, and system integrations.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python for data manipulation and analysis.
• Strong collaborative and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Understanding of cloud infrastructure, data engineering, and data management technologies.
• Familiarity or previous experience with the payments/banking industry.
