Salary: $140,000 - $215,000 a year

What you will do
- Coach, mentor, and guide engineers in technical skills, career growth, and communication.
- Uphold a high technical bar through rigorous code reviews and design discussions.
- Conduct interviews and build stable, high-performing teams.
- Review existing processes and proactively offer improvements.
- Ensure commitments are met and misses are identified early.
- Partner with Product and Design in a Triad structure.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in software engineering with a preference for React, Typescript, Node.js, and Postgres SQL.
- 3+ years managing, coaching, and developing agile software engineering teams in a SaaS environment.
- A champion for modern AI tooling and process improvements.
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
- Proven ability to remain effective and lead teams through evolving project scopes and organizational changes.
- Ability to work from one of our hiring hubs with minimal travel requirements, approximately 1 to 2 times per year.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience.
Nice to have
- Experience with FedRAMP compliance or government contract work.
- Security governance and infrastructure experience.
- Experience with Nest.js and Python.
- HealthTech or highly regulated industry experience.
