Location: Remote. U.S. employees may live in any of the 50 United States, with limited exceptions.

What you will do

  • Triage, troubleshoot, and resolve complex (L2/L3) incidents across 70+ business applications, meeting response and resolution SLAs.
  • Create and maintain runbooks, SOPs, and identify workflow improvements and automation opportunities to prevent repeat incidents.
  • Investigate and resolve data synchronization and integration issues across ZHL systems (e.g., Encompass, Salesforce, Blend).
  • Perform day-to-day administration of core mortgage platforms and other ZHL applications, including user/role setup and permissions management.
  • Partner with Engineering, IAM, Business Operations, Product, and vendors to manage complex changes and cross-platform initiatives.
  • Develop knowledge base articles, "how-to" guides, and self-service tools to help users solve common issues independently.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in enterprise application support or administration; experience in a regulated environment is a plus.
  • Strong, hands-on Salesforce administration experience is a priority skill.
  • Experience diagnosing data and integration issues (APIs, webhooks, ETL) using SQL and log analysis.
  • Exposure to or interest in observability tools and basic automation or scripting.
  • Ability to communicate clearly with both non-technical users and executives.
  • Working knowledge of common mortgage lending tools (Encompass, Blend) and understanding of the loan origination lifecycle, or eagerness to learn them.
