Application Support Engineer

Location: Hybrid (work from home 3 days/week, office in Leuven, Belgium)

What you will do

• Support hirify.global’s Flowin and Codabox services and APIs, performing technical analysis of complex issues.
• Work on incident resolution and collaborate closely with product management and software development teams.
• Maintain and update the knowledge base for senders, partners, banks, accountants, and end users.
• Develop effective solutions for a variety of complex application issues.
• Perform proactive quality checks on technical components and assist in root cause analysis for problems impacting service availability.
• Ensure services are correctly monitored using enterprise monitoring systems such as Datadog.

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree, preferably in Information Technology, or equivalent by relevant experience.
• At least five years of relevant experience in a similar support function.
• Fluent in English.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Knowledge of database structures and ability to use SQL for data lookup and analysis.
• Demonstrated team player with good professional relationships.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Dutch or French.
• Knowledge of e-Invoicing and Peppol.
