Application Support Engineer

TL;DR

Location: Hybrid in Leuven, Belgium (8 days/month in office, 3 days/week remote)

What you will do

• Monitor Codabox services and APIs daily.
• Identify and resolve incidents, escalating to necessary internal and external parties.
• Perform technical analysis of complex backend issues using Github, API calls, Powershell, JSON.
• Execute scripting and SQL on database and backend systems for technical updates and data analysis.
• Provide technical support to partners and Customer Care colleagues.
• Propose scalable improvements to product management and development teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree, preferably in Information Technology, or equivalent by relevant experience.
• At least five years of relevant experience in a similar function.
• Affinity for technology based on API JSON HTTP requests (using Postman).
• Experience with Github, Powershell, and SQL.
• Fluent in Dutch; basic in French.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Datadog, Python, Django, or Linux.
• Knowledge of accountancy software.
