What you will do

• Generate actionable insights based on data to support product and business decisions.
• Design, run, and analyze A/B tests end-to-end from hypothesis to implementation and reporting.
• Define and develop new business and product metrics to measure performance and identify opportunities.
• Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify problem areas and uncover growth opportunities.
• Collaborate on implementing new tracking events and properties to improve product analytics coverage.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in analytics.
• Strong understanding of A/B testing and solid knowledge of statistics.
• Excellent SQL skills to write complex queries, automate reports, build dashboards and data visualizations.
• Proficient in Python for data analysis, visualization, and automation.
• Experience working with BI tools, especially Tableau.
• Strong product thinking and ability to connect data insights with business goals.

• ML expertise: cluster analysis, regression models, etc.
• Airflow.
• GitLab.
• dbt.
