What you will do

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Assist in creating and maintaining application roadmaps.
• Identify and address performance bottlenecks within the Salesforce system.

• Lead, coach, and train other developers.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in a Software Developer role or similar.
• Understanding of design principles, threading, real-time processing, and SQL Server DB queries.
• Demonstrated experience in coaching, building developer teams, and ensuring standards are aligned with best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience developing in a cloud environment (Azure, GCP, AWS).
• Experience with Microservices/Restful API and Database (SQL, NoSQL).
