Identity And Access Management Analyst

TL;DR

Identity and Access Management Analyst: Supporting the transition of identity capabilities from a project-based delivery model to a sustainable product management-based model with an accent on IAM concepts and access governance best practices. Focus on translating the roadmap into clear epics and user stories and maintaining the IAM backlog based on business value.

Location: This role follows a hybrid work model (3 days/week) based out of our Montréal or Toronto offices.

What you will do

• Partner with the IAM Product Manager to translate the roadmap into clear epics, user stories, and priorities.
• Maintain and groom the IAM backlog based on business value, risk reduction, and stakeholder input.
• Translate business and regulatory requirements into functional requirements, user stories, and process flows.
• Maintain IAM governance documentation, standards, and exceptions.
• Produce reports on IAM adoption and control effectiveness, and support change enablement through communications and training.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Cybersecurity or a related field; relevant certifications (e.g. CBAP, PMI-PBA, CISA, CISSP) are a plus.
• Experience in a Business Analyst or similar role in complex technological environments.
• Experience with Identity & Access Management (IAM) principles, practices, and technologies, including at least one of: Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) tools, Privileged Access Management (PAM) tools and processes, Identity Providers (IdP) and SSO/MFA solutions.
• Experience participating in IAM implementations or upgrades, including application onboarding, role/entitlement design, and access certification campaigns (e.g., SOX)
• Proven ability to gather, analyze, and document business requirements into clear user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria
• As a global company with employees and clients outside of Quebec, fluency in English as a working language is required for this position.
