What you will do
- Lead user discovery to identify friction and bottlenecks in the current developer workflow.
- Manage the DevEx backlog and prioritize features for security, pipeline speed, and testing tools.
- Drive the adoption of AI-powered tools within the product and engineering organization for efficiency gains.
- Act as the Product Owner for the Internal Developer Platform (IDP), managing its journey from PoC to production.
- Coordinate with Platform, QA, and Security teams to ensure their features are integrated into cohesive, high-quality pipelines.
- Define governance and standards for the deployment journey, including tracking delivery performance and removing systemic blockers.
Requirements
- Experience in Product Management/Ownership or Technical Operations/Delivery Management within a SaaS environment.
- Proven experience taking a technical product from Proof of Concept to company-wide adoption.
- Strong orientation toward tooling, compliance, and engineering governance.
- Proficiency with BI/Reporting tools and using data (DORA/SPACE) to influence roadmaps.
- Experience with the lifecycle of an Internal Developer Platform (IDP) and modern DevOps patterns.
