Salary: $82,500–$117,100

What you will do

• Lead on-set creative direction for e-commerce product photography, ensuring adherence to image standards.
• Provide editing feedback for photo sessions, choosing hero images and communicating post-production adjustments.
• Communicate final edits to the retouching team and resolve issues with post-production.
• Develop and evolve in-depth e-commerce image guidelines for lighting, set design, and processing.
• Collaborate with global Creative and Art Directors to develop new concepts for imagery.
• Direct and execute studio-based editorial marketing image creation as needed.

Requirements

• 3-5 years professional experience with creative design.
• Proven experience leading an on-set team.
• Proven experience in a high volume, demanding e-commerce environment.
• Expert knowledge of Capture One, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere), and Figma.
• Understanding of the latest lighting equipment, digital photography equipment, and applicable image processing programs.
• Understanding of the “on-set” experience and working with a team, including photographer and stylists.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Illustration, Marketing, or related concentration preferred.
• In-house and fashion experience.
• Mastery of Adobe Illustrator and Sketch.
