What you will do

• Build bridges between business requirements and technical implementation for groupwide data protection management systems.
• Adapt and configure standard software solutions to meet specific use cases.
• Provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and perform testing to ensure stable IT operations.
• Ensure compliance with IT standards, particularly regarding security and architecture.
• Support platform enhancement by analyzing user feedback and market trends.
• Maintain internal documentation of processes, changes, and technical specifications.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or related field, or an equivalent qualification.
• Professional experience as a Business Analyst, Solution Architect, or Engineer, including expertise in SaaS enhancement and administration within an enterprise environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of digitalization, data, and IT architecture.
• Fluency in German and English required.
• Independent, structured working style with a proactive attitude.
