What you will do

• Support the technical implementation and onboarding of hirify.global for new and existing customers.
• Configure the hirify.global platform according to customer requirements.
• Act as a technical contact for customers during implementation and ongoing usage.
• Conduct enablement sessions for customers.
• Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting via phone, email, or in-person.
• Contribute ideas to improve internal processes and the overall customer experience.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in SaaS implementation, technical customer support, or consulting.
• Solid understanding of software systems and a strong interest in technical problem-solving.
• Comfortable working directly with customers and explaining technical topics in a clear, structured way.
• Basic knowledge of HTML and an interest in authentication topics (SSO, SAML, 2FA).
• Fluent German and English (spoken and written).
• Willingness to travel occasionally for customer meetings or trainings.
