Location: Hybrid in London, UK (3 days a week in office, plus 20 days remote working from anywhere in the world annually).

What you will do

• Architect complex features from design into technical implementation plans.
• Build C# tools to automate workflows and validate assets for game teams.
• Identify and resolve pipeline friction proactively.
• Take ownership of large-scale technical initiatives with minimal supervision.

Requirements

• Expertise in Unity UGUI, including architecting clean, performant hierarchies with precise anchor/layout logic.
• Ability to write production-level C# code, tools, and editor extensions.
• Proven ability to design and translate complex UX flows from Figma into functional game objects in Unity.
• Experience sequencing complex animations via code/internal systems.
