What you will do

• Assert full ownership and authority of the German Localization Program, driving linguistic strategy and making key language decisions.
• Oversee translation, review, and quality assurance of German user-facing content, ensuring alignment with hirify.global's brand voice.
• Manage and update hirify.global's German glossary and style guide to maintain a consistent linguistic approach.
• Act as the primary contact for all German language matters, swiftly addressing linguistic queries and issues.
• Monitor the success of language quality initiatives and leverage data-driven insights for continuous improvement.
• Advocate for the interests of German-speaking markets within hirify.global, aligning localization strategy with business objectives.

Requirements

• Native German speaker with a comprehensive understanding of German culture and trends.
• English: C1+ proficiency required.
• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in the localization industry, particularly in localization or language program management.
• Technically proficient in various translation management systems and best practices.
• Outstanding communication skills and ability to foster strong relationships.
