What you will do

• Deliver medium-complexity features end-to-end from design through production.
• Drive customer impact by validating work with data and stakeholder feedback.
• Prototype solutions and run experiments (A/B tests) to de-risk ambiguous technical challenges.
• Proactively challenge requirements and make better design decisions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally, share knowledge, and mentor engineers.
• Adapt to evolving priorities, manage risks, and participate in on-call rotations.

Requirements

• Product engineering mindset, balancing pragmatism with technical rigor.
• Comfort with ambiguity, building PoCs and running experiments to create certainty.
• Willingness to take risks and learn quickly from both successes and failures.
• Solid engineering foundations with clean, maintainable code and strong testing practices.
• Collaborative communicator who actively listens and documents work effectively.
• Growth-oriented, seeking feedback and staying curious about industry advancements.

• English: B2 required.
