POSITION: 3D Stall Designer - (Candidates from India, Pakistan and Bangladesh) - Relocation to Tanzania!

Client Company Introduction: Hiring for an award winning experiential marketing services agency providing clients out of the box digital integrated marketing services.

Company Overview We are a full-service events and experiential marketing company specializing in corporate events, brand activations, exhibitions, and immersive experiences. Our strength lies in transforming ideas into physical, buildable experiences through in-house printing, fabrication, and technical production. We are seeking a Creative Designer who can translate concepts into impactful, realistic event and exhibition designs.

Role Purpose The Creative Designer will be responsible for developing creative concepts, visual mock-ups, and layout designs for events and exhibitions. The role requires strong spatial understanding, creativity, and practical knowledge of how designs translate into fabrication, printing, and live event setups.

Key Responsibilities1. Concept Development

• Develop creative concepts for events, exhibitions, brand activations, and experiential setups
• Translate client briefs into compelling visual directions
• Align creative output with brand guidelines and event objectives

2. 3D Mock-ups & Visualizations Create 3D mock-ups and renders for: o Event stages o Exhibition booths o Branding structures o Experiential installations Produce realistic visuals that reflect actual materials, scale, and lighting

3. Layouts & Space Planning Design floor plans and layouts for: o Event venues o Exhibition halls o Outdoor activations Looking to advance your Graphic Design & Art career with relocation support? 4. Production-Ready Designs Prepare print-ready artworks and layout files Design branding for backdrops, LED screens, stands, arches, kiosks, and signage Work closely with fabrication and printing teams to ensure feasibility

5. Collaboration with Operations Coordinate with operations and fabrication teams to refine designs based on budget, materials, and timelines Modify designs based on technical or structural constraints Attend site visits and pre-production meetings when required

6. Client Presentations Support client pitches and presentations with strong visuals Present design concepts and mock-ups confidently to clients Incorporate client feedback and revisions efficiently

Required Experience & Qualifications Minimum 5–8 years of experience in event, exhibition, or experiential design Proven portfolio showcasing: o Event mock-ups o Exhibition booth designs o Large-format branding Strong understanding of real-world event execution

Technical Skills (Must-Have) Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) 3D software such as: o SketchUp Discover our full range of relocation jobs with comprehensive support packages to help you relocate and settle in your new location. o 3ds Max / Blender / Cinema 4D (any one or more) Basic understanding of: o Printing processes o Fabrication materials (wood, metal, acrylic, fabric) o LED screen resolutions and ratios

Preferred Profile Experience working with events agencies, exhibition contractors, or production houses Understanding of African / regional event contexts is an advantage Ability to visualize and design within real budgets and timelines Reporting Line Reports to: Creative Director / Managing Director Engagement Type
