What you will do

• Lead end-to-end design execution for print, digital, and UI projects.
• Translate complex briefs into precise and creative visual solutions.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, Proofing teams, Clients, and Operations Managers.
• Mentor junior designers and ensure adherence to design standards and best practices.
• Proactively identify design challenges and provide effective, scalable solutions.
• Ensure meticulous proofing, brand consistency, and compliance in regulated environments.

Requirements

• 8–10 years of professional experience in graphic design.
• Advanced proficiency in print production, layout systems, branding, and UI design principles.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Exceptional eye for detail and quality control.
• Working knowledge of Generative AI tools and their application in creative workflows.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Experience working with a Life Sciences or Healthcare organisation.
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Design or related domain.
