What you will do

• Conceptualize and design branding materials such as brochures, flyers, illustrations, and social media collaterals.
• Translate client needs and branding strategies into effective design solutions.
• Ensure all designs align with client brand guidelines.
• Stay up to date with the latest design trends and advocate best practices.
• Collaborate closely with clients, marketing teams, content creators, developers, and project managers.
• Mentor junior designers and manage multiple design projects simultaneously.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio showcasing original work.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD, After Effects).
• Experience in branding, marketing design, and digital asset creation.
• Understanding of UX/UI principles for digital platforms.
• Strong visual storytelling and typography skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced, global work environment.
• Flexibility to work in shifts, covering different time zones as needed.
• Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.

Nice to have

• Experience in pharma, healthcare, or tech-related creative projects.
